Zafar Islam (born in 1975) is an Indian famous personality, politician and the director of the Air India from India. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Islam is very close to the Prime Minister “Narendra Modi”.
Zafar joins the BJP in the year 2013. Before becoming a politician he used to work as a managing director in Deutsche Bank. He also worked as an Investment Banker.

The name has emerged as its architect, that of BJP spokesperson and former banker Zafar Islam. The BJP leadership hired Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and some leaders of Madhya Pradesh as backup support.
This was confirmed on Wednesday when in the midst of Jyotiraditya’s joining BJP, Zafar Islam himself came to meet him at his Delhi residence and was caught in cameras. The special thing is that after everything was done according to the fixed plan, they did not hide and came directly in front.
After about 35 minutes of conversation with Scindia, at 2:10 AM, Zafar himself took him in his own Land Rover vehicle and went towards BJP headquarters where Scindia joined BJP in presence of JP Nadda and the party gave him Rajya Sabha ticket was also given as ‘Return Gift’.
Zafar Islam and Jyotiraditya Scindia’s relationship is old. It began during Zafar’s banking career when Scindia was the Union Commerce Minister in the UPA government. Even after coming to MP politics, Scindia used to meet Zafar whenever he lived in Delhi. But Zafar had been meeting him continuously for the last five months to bring Jyotiraditya to BJP. According to information received from sources, recently Jyotiraditya and Zafar had a series of five meetings. Scindia herself offered to join the BJP on his behalf.
