Phoebe Scholfield (born in 1954) is an American Actress and Celebrity Partner from Los Angeles, California. She is well recognized as Jay Benedict’s spouse. He is an American Actor who is popularly known for his role as Captain/Major John Kieffer in the TV series “Foyle’s War”.
