As of IFBB stands for the International Federation of Body Building & Fitness; it is a sport’s governing body for bodybuilding and fitness with its headquarters in Las Rozas (Madrid) Spain. It was founded in 1946; 74 years ago headed by its president Dr. Rafael Santonja.
