He is one of the persons responsible for the largest school money embezzlement case in American history. He is responsible for total embezzlement of $11.2 million. When in 2004 the details of this larceny got released then he got arrested.
In 2019 a movie named “Bad Education” got released in TIFF. This movie is based on this scandal and features actor Hugh Jackman as Frank. On 25th April decided HBO decided to release the movie on public demand. Critics termed it as one of the best movies of Hugh till now.
