Carmen Flood (born January 23, 1997) is an American Actress, Theatre Artist, and Social Media Personality from Topanga, California. During her college days in CMU productions, she worked in various theatre plays.
In fact, the actress also remained the playwright behind a production named E.P.A.P at CMU. Flood started her career after appearing in a few short films.
